F&N PT

Posting on my F&N PT which required us to
  1. Trace my three days diet
  2. Analyse the diet
  3. Suggest a one-dish meal that is healthy
  4. Reflect on the process and learning points
It will be in a few posts to make each post short and sweet.

Here is my diet...it is from 1st September to 3rd September.

The amount I ate is around the given amount for I couldn't weigh it.
That's all, the analysis will be on the next post. :)
